CRM for handyman businesses

Your CRM is only worth what you actually use between jobs

A CRM for handyman businesses keeps every quote, job, material list and follow-up in one place instead of scattered across texts and a paper notebook. I audit how you work in two to three weeks, for $2,000, and hand you a written plan. Then I build it, move your existing client list into it, train you and your crew, and hand it over working.

Who's behind this

I'm Filip Radisic, founder of Linked Core LLC. I've set up the business architecture for dozens of companies, including one of my own I tore down and started over from zero.

Now I build CRM, sales and automation systems for other business owners  priced and delivered in stages, so you pay one stage at a time.

If this page solved one problem you recognized, there's a good chance the rest of your business has a few more just like it.

What goes wrong without a real setup

Small jobs that get forgotten. A quick quote for a shelf install gets buried under bigger projects and never gets a follow-up.

Material costs tracked on paper receipts. Nobody can say at a glance what a job actually cost versus what it was quoted at.

Repeat clients treated like strangers. A homeowner who's hired you three times gets no discount, no priority, and no record of past work.

Invoices sent whenever you remember. Payment arrives weeks late because billing depends on finding time at the end of a long day.

No way to bundle small jobs into a route. Three small jobs in the same neighborhood get scheduled on different days instead of one efficient trip.

No system for upselling additional work. A job on-site often reveals other work the homeowner needs, but there's no process for following up on it.

How the setup actually runs

Three stages: the audit in two to three weeks, the build in six to eight, then launch and training in two to three. You keep working the whole time.

Stage 1: I map how you already work. How quotes turn into jobs, how materials get tracked, how invoicing happens. The system gets built around that, not around a software demo.

Stage 2: Build and connect. Route bundling for nearby jobs, material cost tracking against quotes, and invoicing tied to job completion.

Stage 2: Move your history across. Client list and job history out of spreadsheets, texts or a paper notebook, cleaned and de-duplicated.

Stage 3: Train you and any crew. On real jobs, with written procedures if you ever bring someone else on.

Questions handyman business owners ask

Is this worth it for a one or two person operation? Often, yes. Even a small crew loses real money to forgotten follow-ups and late invoices. I'll tell you on the call whether the full build makes sense for your size.

Will I actually use it, or will it just be more admin? The setup is built around how you already work.

Can it help bundle jobs into efficient routes? Yes, geographic grouping of scheduled jobs is part of the standard build, even for a one or two person operation.

What if I only want the audit, not the full build? That is a real option. Some people take the written plan and either do it themselves or bring in someone else.

Do you only work in Florida? No. The build is done remotely and works the same anywhere in the US. Linked Core LLC is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
