You will never sit through a call where the price depends on how badly you want it.
Every stage has a
published price upfront.
You know the cost before you
decide to move forward.
I never take ownership
in your company.
You keep 100% of what you build.
Each stage has its own agreement.
You approve and sign one stage at a time, with no obligation to continue to the next.
This can be your journey from a dream idea to a business that actually runs.
I audit your software and tools, physical location, online presence, team, operational infrastructure,
financial structure, and legal setup. You end with a written plan of what to build, in what order, and what each piece costs.
I audit your software ecosystem identifying all digital tools, platforms, and systems your team currently uses. This includes reviewing licenses, integrations, usage levels, and overlapping tools to uncover inefficiencies, reduce costs, and recommend smarter alternatives where needed.
I assess your physical location, including how your business space is organized, how customers move through it, and how visible and accessible it is to foot and vehicle traffic. I analyze average daily footfall, patterns of client arrivals, the number of visitors, and the conversion rate from visitors to paying customers, identifying opportunities to improve flow, experience, and sales performance.
I audit your online presence, including the performance and user-friendliness of your website and mobile app, visibility on your Google Business Profile and customer reviews, activity across social media, and how well your brand ranks on search engines. I also assess your lead capture tools, email marketing, SMS campaigns, cold outreach, and paid advertising on Google and Meta, with a focus on targeting and return on investment.
I evaluate your team's structure and capabilities, including employee skill levels, daily responsibilities, industry knowledge, and workflow understanding. I review onboarding processes, internal training systems, ongoing education opportunities, and readiness for new technology.
I analyze your operational infrastructure, including internal systems, devices, and communication workflows. I assess the performance and scalability of your CRM systems, identify opportunities for automation (scheduling, invoicing, follow-ups), and explore AI tools for lead management, task execution, and customer support. I evaluate your cybersecurity measures and data protection practices.
I coordinate your business financial analysis with support from an external licensed financial professional,
covering revenue streams, expense management, profit margins, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
The specialist provides the financial assessment, and I help translate their findings into operational improvements
and profitability optimization. Custom pricing.
I coordinate a review of your business legal structure with an external licensed attorney, covering entity structure, ownership arrangements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The attorney provides legal advice,
and I help organize and implement the business steps that follow their recommendations. Custom pricing.
I build it. Only what your business needs, and you see the price before anything starts.
I set up your CRM: the central system that stores every customer record, tracks every job or deal, and keeps your whole team in sync. Includes platform selection (HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com, Plaky.com or your existing tool), custom fields, pipeline stages, and integrations.
I build your sales infrastructure: a structured sales process, estimate and proposal templates,
and a documented sales script covering opening lines, discovery questions, and closing prompts.
I connect your lead sources, website forms, landing pages,
and referral channels directly into your CRM, so every inquiry lands in one place.
I build automated email and SMS sequences that follow up on open estimates,
nurture new leads, and confirm appointments.
I lay the foundation for your marketing and advertising: conversion tracking,
ad account structure, and campaign setup across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Where it makes sense, I add AI agents and chatbots that answer questions,
qualify leads, and handle repetitive tasks instantly.
I write the standard operating procedures behind every system I build:
step-by-step documentation so the business runs the same way regardless of who's doing the work.
I map roles, handoffs, and responsibilities inside the new system,
so your team structure matches how the business actually operates.
I set up dashboards and reporting on your CRM and marketing data:
lead sources, conversion rates, and revenue by service.
I document the reasoning behind the system, building a knowledge base
that doesn't walk out the door when someone leaves.
Everything goes live. You and your team learn to run it, SOPs get written.
Two weeks of support while you get comfortable.
I activate your new infrastructure in a real-world environment
deploying workflows, automations, and integrated tools directly into your daily operations.
I provide 1-on-1 coaching and group workshops designed to build
confidence and turn every user into a capable, independent operator of the new system.
I develop and deliver detailed SOPs, step-by-step walkthroughs,
and internal how-to guides, building a reliable knowledge base your business can scale with.
I track live performance, observe real behavior, and gather direct user feedback,
making real-time tweaks that align the system with your actual workflows.
Stage 3 runs over a structured 2-week window of implementation and support,
combining on-site sessions, remote assistance, and constant check-ins.
After launch, I can stay involved on a monthly basis as a Fractional COO.
I monitor how your business systems perform, fix operational bottlenecks, improve workflows, and help your team adapt as the business grows. I also help identify new business opportunities, develop better ideas, and handle new system implementation when it makes sense.
The goal is simple: keep improving business operations only when it creates a clear ROI for your business.

A complete booking system, client messaging across SMS and email, a CRM, and a team scheduling platform, replacing manual coordination with one connected system the whole team works from.
A platform that scans the real estate market and helps investors decide where and what to buy. Built across all four stages, start to finish.
A complete booking system, client messaging across SMS and email, a CRM, and a team scheduling platform, built around how a dance studio actually runs: classes, instructors, and recurring students.
Full brand identity, digital infrastructure, sales and marketing systems, and production and manufacturing processes, building the foundation to move into B2B partnerships and retail placement.
A dog-wash kiosk business built across three layers: the kiosk itself as a physical asset, retail sale of supplies to operators, and franchising the model to new buyers. Each layer needed its own CRM, sales flow, and operations, tied together under one system.
A dispatch and truck-and-trace application for semi trucks operating across the US. Route visibility, load tracking, and dispatch workflow built from the ground up.
Your data stays protected. I never publish or share passwords, financial records, customer data, pricing or contracts.
That protection is written into every agreement.
There's no single number. It depends on your industry, your model, and what you're building. Stage 1 includes a financial analysis that maps out realistic capital needs before you spend anything, so you know the number before you're committed to it.
Yes. If buying is a better path than building from zero, I can help with due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration once the deal closes, folding the new business into a real system instead of running it the way the previous owner did.
Start with Stage 1. It's a full audit of the idea itself: the market, the numbers, the risks, and what it would actually take to build. You get a written plan before you commit a dollar to building anything.
Not slides. I build the actual infrastructure: your CRM, sales systems, marketing automation, and SOPs, in the order your business needs them. Stage 2 is where that gets built, and you see the price before anything starts.
Not on day one. Stage 1 comes first, understanding the business before building anything. Once you're clear on what you're building, Stage 2 sets up the CRM and systems so you're not retrofitting them later.
A fractional COO is the name of my monthly plan. After the build I stay involved month to month: I watch how the systems perform, fix bottlenecks, improve workflows and help with new ideas. You still run the business and make the decisions.
$1,500 or $3,000 a month, depending on the plan. Both retainer plans are on the pricing page.
It depends who you ask. I audit your business, build the systems it's missing (CRM, sales, marketing automation), and stay on as a fractional COO if it's still worth it after that. Not strategy decks. Systems you actually run on.
A HubSpot consultant sets up one tool. I look at the whole business first, Stage 1 is a full audit, then build only the systems it actually needs, which might include HubSpot, might not. The CRM is one piece, not the whole engagement.
No. Each stage ends with something you can use, whether or not you continue to the next one. Most people go stage by stage and decide as they go.
Yes. Every agreement has a confidentiality clause. Passwords, financial records, customer data and pricing are never published or shared.
Because I can't run your business and manage an investment portfolio at the same time, not well. If I took equity in every client, I'd end up managing a portfolio instead of building your systems. I'd rather charge for the work and stay focused on the work. You keep all of the equity, I get paid for what I build.
