CRM for electricians

Your CRM is only
worth what your
crew actually uses

A CRM for electricians keeps every call, estimate, job and follow-up in one place instead of across phones, whiteboards and the office manager's memory. I audit how your shop runs in two to three weeks, for $2,000, and hand you a written plan. Then I build it, move your existing job history into it, train the crew on site in South Florida or by video elsewhere (on site when travel is paid), and hand it over working.

Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and HubSpot all sell you the software.
None of them set it up around how your shop actually runs. That part is the job.

What it looks like
before the system exists

None of this is a motivation problem. It is what happens when a shop grows faster than the way it tracks work.

Estimates that go quiet

You quote a panel upgrade on Tuesday, nobody follows up, and the customer books whoever called them back first.

Calls that never get logged

Half the jobs come in on your personal cell. If you are on a ladder, the call is gone and so is the job.

Scheduling by text message

Two techs show up at the same address, a service call gets dropped, and nobody can say where the schedule actually lives.

Invoices sent days late

The work is done, the paperwork sits in a truck, and the money arrives three weeks after it should have.

No record of who you served

You cannot send a maintenance reminder or a service agreement offer to a customer list that only exists in your head.

Software you already pay for

Plenty of shops bought Jobber or ServiceTitan a year ago and still run on paper, because nobody ever set it up properly.

How the setup
actually runs

Three stages: the audit in two to three weeks, the build in six to eight, then launch and training in two to three. You keep working the whole time.

Stage 1 · Audit

I map how your shop already works

How calls come in, who dispatches, how estimates get priced, what happens after the job is done. The system gets built around that, not around a software demo.

Stage 2 · Build

Build and connect

Job pipeline, estimate templates with your pricing, scheduling and dispatch, automated follow-up on open quotes, invoicing, and your website and phone feeding leads straight in.

Stage 2 · Migration

Move your history across

Customer list, addresses, past jobs, open estimates and unpaid invoices out of spreadsheets, paper files or the old system. Cleaned and de-duplicated, not dumped.

Stage 3 · Launch

Train the crew where they work

Office staff on the desktop, techs on their phones, on real jobs. Plus written procedures so the next hire learns it in a day instead of a month.

Handover

It is yours

Your accounts, your data, your logins. No lock-in.

The part nobody warns you about

Most CRMs
fall apart in month six

Not because the software is bad. Because a new tech never got trained, a rule stopped matching how you price, and the crew quietly went back to texting. Within six months half the shop is off the system and the data is worth nothing.

You run it yourself

That is a legitimate choice and plenty of shops do it. You get the written procedures at handover so the system can be maintained without me.

Or I stay on monthly

$1,500 or $3,000 a month. I stay involved month to month, watch the system and help with what comes next. No minimum term. Pause or cancel any time.

What it costs

$2,000
Stage 1 · two to three weeks · required for every shop

✓Full audit of your tools, calls, scheduling and paperwork

✓Written plan of what to build and in what order

✓Honest answer on whether you need a full build at all

Some shops stop here, take the plan and do it themselves. That is a real outcome and it has happened.

$2,000+
Stage 2 · most shops invest $2,000 to $15,000 · Stage 3 is $2,000

✓The build, priced by what actually gets built

✓Data migration from whatever you use now

✓Crew training and written procedures

✓Two weeks of support after go-live

You see the module list and the total before anything starts. You pay per stage, never upfront for the whole thing.

Questions electricians ask before booking

Which CRM do you use?

Whichever fits your shop. Jobber and Housecall Pro suit smaller residential crews. ServiceTitan makes sense once you have real volume and service agreements. HubSpot fits commercial work with long sales cycles. If you already pay for one, I work with that instead of selling you another subscription.

We already bought software and never used it. Can you fix that?

That is the most common version of this job. You already have the license. What is missing is the setup around your pricing, your dispatch and your crew, plus somebody training them on it. That is usually faster and cheaper than starting over.

Will my guys actually use it?

They will use it if it saves them steps and if they were trained on a real job instead of in a meeting. Training happens on their own phones: on site in South Florida, by video elsewhere, or on site when travel is paid. The setup is built around how the crew already works.

What happens to our old job history?

It moves across. Customers, addresses, past work, open estimates and unpaid invoices, cleaned and de-duplicated on the way in. Paper files get handled too, though that adds time depending on volume.

How long before we stop losing calls?

Call capture and estimate follow-up are the first things I build in Stage 2, because those leak the most money. The rest of the build continues around them.

Do you only work in Florida?

No. The build is done remotely and works the same anywhere in the US. Linked Core LLC is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

One hour, free, no pitch

Tell me how many trucks you run, what you use now, and where work falls through. I will tell you what I would fix first and roughly what it costs. If a full build is not worth it for your size, I will say that on the call.
